Description
Bread knife that cuts neatly and prevents bread crumbs with two types of blades, a wave and straight blade. The wave blade makes it easy to cut French bread and soft bread that is easily crushed. Due to the wave blade being located on the edge, bread may be cut by pushing or pulling.
Features
The blade is made by a special steel to achieve a particular sharpness. The mirror finish reduces friction and improves sharpness while giving it a beautiful look. The 23.5cm blade makes its easy to cut ingredients such as tomatoes, meat, whole cakes, and bread. The handle fits in your hand using a natural wooden piece. Designed to fit slightly above your fingers in order to protect your fingers from hitting the cutting board.
Cautions when using
-Use blade cover when storing.
-Beware of sharp blade when handling.
-Keep out of reach from children.
-Cutting frozen foods may damage the blade.
-Leaving water, salt, acid, etc. on the blade for a long time may cause rust.
-Due to natural wood being used, do not soak in water for long periods of time for discoloring may occur.
-Due to special steel being used, pinholes and scratches seen on surface will not affect the sharpness or specification.

Can't recommend this knife enough. Did a fantastic job of limiting the amount of crumb from cutting normal baguette and even croissant that was quite flaky! A quality blade, an affordable price, and a multipurpose knife for the kitchen. Delivery was quick as well, and the packaging was beautiful.
One knife has three functions. By properly using the blades, you can cut the bucket without throwing bread crumbs. It reduced my stress.
It cuts bread as a dream, works even great with a rock-hard baguette that was left uncovered for a couple of days. Also it is beautifully crafted. Really good deal for the quality. It’s a must-have for bread lovers.
